Back-to-School Essay Contest
Attention all Elementary, Middle, and High School Students, you have a chance of winning a backpack. This isn't your ordinary backpack. The backpack is filled with school supplies and a netbook computer. In order to participate, you must be a current patient of record and submit a 500 word essay explaining "How you plan to make this upcoming school year awesome."
